Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas depending on courier availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected campaigns or order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. You can track your parcel through their tracking portal: https://tracking.instaworld.com.pk
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan. Orders may be verified via call or message before dispatch.

- Incorrect shipping information
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned or re-attempted by the courier company.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the parcel and products
